How many ways are there to unlock it?
There are four types: mobile app unlock, fingerprint unlock, password unlock, mechanical key unlock.
Why doesn't the lock light work?
Please make sure the cable is properly connected and the batteries are new and installed correctly.
How do I know that the battery is low?
You can easily understand the battery status of the smart lock through the power display at the bottom of the APP homepage. When the battery is too low, the smart lock will trigger the alarm mechanism, and a red light will flash when unlocking, reminding you to replace the battery in time to ensure safe use for a long time.
How many fingerprints could be registered?
H1 supports up to 50 sets of fingerprints and 100 sets of passwords to meet the diverse access needs of a home or office space.
Can the administrator unlock it while it is in anti-lock mode?
In anti-lock mode, only the administrator's fingerprint, password and APP can successfully unlock the device. This security design ensures that the administrator has full control over the locked state.
Can an administrator unlock it after it has been locked 8 times?
After 8 locks, the administrator's fingerprint and password will not be able to unlock it, but you can unlock it through the APP. This design improves security while ensuring that administrators still have easy access when necessary.
Is the H1 water resistant?
The front panel of the H1 is made of iml material and is not waterproof. Therefore, when choosing an installation scenario, make sure that you do not install your smart lock in an environment where water can easily enter. This will help maintain the performance of the lock and extend its life.
